Datuk Seri Najib’s challenge to the final judicial review of the SRC case, which began at 9 a.m. today (March 31), ended with a 4-1 majority vote to reject Najib’s application. Najib, together with Rosmah and his children, could not hide their disappointment after listening to the panel thereafter.
The Court Prove Najib Is Not Charged Due To Political Issues
The lead prosecutor in the SRC case, Datuk Hidan Baran, said the Federal Court ruling proved that the charges against Najib were legal and not politically motivated. He said the ruling shows that in our country, no one is above the law.
He hope that the federal court would continue to deny Najib’s application for final judgment review and bring the SRC case to an end.
