Revenue Group announced that it had received a request from its majority shareholder, Brian Ng, calling for an extraordinary general meeting. He proposed 16 motions, including removing Managing Director Wong Chi Hung and the previously appointed new directors, and a motion to diversify the company’s business into property development, construction, and investment.

He also proposed the reappointment of Yu-Shing Chung as a director and rejected the share repurchase plan approved at the company’s meetings on December 6 last year and January 4 this year.

Brian Ng Shih Chiow and Dino Ng Shih Fang were suspended on Jan. 4 this year. They were suspended after the company received several complaints.

Ng led four unidentified persons to return to the company at 4:25 p.m. on the 4th of this month to pick up about 30 boxes of documents and items without the permission of the board and the company. Revenue Group has made a police report on the incident.
